d�irected to prepare plans and specifications for said unprovement, and submit same to the Council for

ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

The Co�issioner of Fublic Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 243475 approved April 29th, lg 69
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the east side of Farrington St. from W. Rose
Ave. to the south approximately 79.5 ft. and by doing all other work which is necessary
