The Com�nissioner oE Fublic Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 243434 approved April 24th. 19 69
relative tu reconstructing the sidewalk on the southside of W. Sidney St. from Seminole
Ave. to Ohio Ave. and on the north side of W. Sidney St. abutting Lot 8, Blk 98,
Banning and Oliviers Addition ONLY and by do�n� all other work which is necessary and
incidental to comolete said improvement.
