RESOLVED F'CJRTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
clirected to prepare plans and apecifications for said Ymprovement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city afficials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith. ',

To the Co�issioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Comaaissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 243429 approved April 24th. 19 69
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the north side of W. Hoyt Ave, from Hamline
Ave. to Chelsea St. and on the south side of W. Hoyt Ave. from Huron St. to Chelsea St.
and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said im-
provement.
