described as Grading and Faving of LAFAYETTT ROAD fro� Grove Street to Arch-Penn
High�ay, Goffiptroller's Contract L-7153, Falda & Sons, Inc., Contractor, have been
provided for in the 5pecifications, �nd
WHEREAS, It has been found necessary to make the following Additions:
ADDITIONS
For the coeplete de�olition and r�noval of ell buildings,
pump islands, underground storage tenks and �iscellaneous
appurtenances of the Witts Gas Station at Lafayette Road
and Rivoli Street to b� done by a lieensed wrecker under

WHEREAS, The total addition is $17,192.26, and the Co�issioner of Yublic
Works has agreed with the Contractor that the amount of $17,192.26 is the correet
sum to be added to said coatract, therefore be it
��j RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council approves the
�t� foregoing additions sade in accordance With the Specifications in the sun of
$17,192.26, s�id a�ount to be added to the lu�p sum consideration named in the
contract, known as Co�ptroller's Contr.act L-7153, and which amount is to be
fin�nced fro� 1969 I�unicipal State Aid funds.
