WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides for payment for
overtime work, and
WHER�AS, the Comnissioner of Public Safety has authorized overtime
work in his department (Bureau of Health) during the period from August 23, 1969
to Septerr�er 5, 1969: therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper city officers are hereby authorized to pay the
employees who performed such overtime work in accordance with the provisions of
Ordinances No. 6446 and No. 3250.
