The rental of the aforesaid equipment shall be for the amount of Four Hundred Dollars (�400.00) for the week of September 8 through 13, 1g69, such amount to be paid to the Department of Public Utilities and credited to Air Pollution Receipts Fund o525-R. ' 2. The said Twin City Testing and Engineering Laboratory, Inc, hereby agrees to protect and save harmless the City of Saint � Paul and its person.nel from all costs or claims of every kind ' and nature arising out of use of the aforesaid equipment by said company, including any costs arising out of injury or damage to said equipment. � 3. The Twin City Testing and Engineering Laboratory, Inc. agree to procure and submit to the City of Saint. Paul a certificate or certificates of insurance protecting the City against personal injuries arising out of or in the course of the use of the afore- � , said equipment in an amount of not less than Two Hundred and Fifty Thousan.d Dollars (�250,000) for all damages arising out of bo dily � � injury to or death of any one person� and subject to the same limit for each person, in a total amount of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars (�500,000) on aceount of any one accident, and property � damage insurance in an amount of not less than One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars (�150,000) for all damages to or destruction of property in any one accident, and subject to that limit per accident, such certificate or certificates of insurance to be in a form approved by the Corporation Counsel. 4.
