This property is further described as: Lots 23, 24, 25, 26, Block 3, Hill's A.ddition. , This matter was considered at the June 5, June 19, and July 17, 1969, Board of Zoning meetings. This application was originally considered with an appeal to waive an eight-foot buffer requirement on the same property. The appeal was granted by the City Council on June 14, 1969. A.t the July 17, 1969, meeting the staff reported that plans have been revised to meet required design standards and the recommendations of the Traffic Engineer. No one appeared in opposition.
