RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that
the Midwest Shrine Association be given the free use of the
Arena and Stem Hall, if used, for meetings and exhibitions September
9, 10, and llth, 1971. The cost of opening and operating said
sections on said dates to be set up in Auditorium Fund 2400.
