Honorable Sirs:
J. V. Toohey, the undersigned, hereby requests the Honorable Mayor and
City Council of the City of St. Paul to authorize the transfer of the liquor
license now held by the Hospital Night Club, Inc. , located at 400 Auditorium •
Street, St. Paul, Minnesota to J. V. Toohey as an individual.
In connection with this request, J. V. Toohey represents to the council that ,
she is the sole stockholder and the sole officer of the Hospital Night Club, Inc.
J. V. Toohey also represents to the council that the license is now inactive
because the premises has been damaged"by fire. J. V. Toohey requests the
council to permit the license to be on an ina:tive status until such time as
suitable arrangements can be made for it to become active.

all expi�•ing Oct. 17, 1969, for the transfer of all of these
licenses from the corporation name as "Inactive" to J. V. Toohey,
as individual, reme.ining as "Inactive".
