RESOLVED, that Harold Carlson be paid the sum of $3 ,150 .00
out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the General Fund
in full settlement of his claim against the City of Saint Paul
for compensation resulting from his injury of January 13 � 1967 ,
while in the employ of the Department of Parks and Recreation
and Public Buildings , whereby he suffered a 20% permanent partial
disability to his back; and that $3 ,150 .00 is now due and payable.
