for the grading of No. Hazei St. fro� Ki� Place to approxi�ately 300 ft. N.W.
and No. Park Drive from 300 ft. W' ly of Faye St. to No. Hazel St. has been
substantially coa�pleted and,
WHEREAS, Seid u►ntractor reqt�ests that a portion of the 15� retained
under the contract from estimates for work done, be paid in advance of the
final co�pletion of the contract and,
VNEREAS, The Con�issioner ar�d Chief Engineer of the Oepartment cf Public
Morks approve the payment at this time of $2,60�.00 of the $3:450.00 retained
ther�fore be i t,
RESOLVED, That tMe proper City officials be and they are hereby authorized
to pay an estimate in the a�aount of $2,600.00 from the retained percentage
a�o�nting to $3450.00 to said contractor and be it,
FIiRTHER RESaLVED, That this resolution shall have no force or effect
unless the sureties on the Contractor's Bond consent thereto in writing and
file such consent with th� City Canptroller.
