The undersigned represents the Hospital Night Club, Inc. at 400
Auditorium Street, St. Paul, Minnesota.
Enclosed is the Hospital Night Club, Inc. 's check in the amount of
$875. 00 for the last half of the 1969 license.
We hereby request the City to permit the Hospital Night Club, Inc.
to temporarily cease its business because of the fire that occurred `
in said nightclub. We will promptly notify the city of St. Paul when
the premises are suitable to begin business.
