WHEREAS , Ordinance No. 3250 authoriees and provides

for overtime work, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk of Municipal Court has authorized
overtime work in his department during the period from
July 26, i969 to August 8, 19�9 therefore, be it
RESO�VE�, that the proper City Officers are hereby
authoriied to pay the employees who perform such over-
time work in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance •
No. 6446, and No, 3250.
