RESOLUTION APPROVING AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EXECUTION OF FIRST AMENDATORY CONTRACT AMENDING
CONTRACT N0. MINN. E- 2(G� BY AND BETWEEN AND
THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA AND THE UNITED
STATES OF AMERICA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL,
MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The pending proposed First A.mendatory Contract
(herein called the "Amendatory Contract" ) amending that certain
fJontract No. Minn. E-2(G) , dated the 30th day of July, 1968, by and
between the City of Saint Paul (herein called the "Grantee") and the
United States of America (herein called the "Government" ) , is here-
by in all respects approved.
SECTION 2. The Mayor, City Clerk, Comptroller are hereby
authorized an.d directed to execute said Amendatory Con.tract in two
counterparts on behalf of the Grantee and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to impress and attest the official seal
of the Grantee on each such counterpart, and tq forward such counter-
parts to the Departmen.t of Housing and Urban�lopment, for
execution on. behalf of the Government, together with such other
documents relative to the approval and execution of such courit�rparts
as may be required by the Government.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take �ffect immediately.
