This will not affect timing or amount of said payments. Advantages !f Approved: - Allows St. Paul Police Federation members to take advantage of the Post Employment Health Plan to pay for medical ez�enses after they retire. Disadvafrtages If Approved: None. Disadvantages If NM Approved: St. Paul Police Federation employees would not be able to take advantage of the Post Employment Health Plan. The parties understand and agree to the following: For any emptoyee who is eligible to receive Severance from the Ciry under Article 22 of the Coliective Bargaining Agreement (Severance Pay), the City shall contribute the full amount of their severance payment to a PEHP admiuistered by the City. 2. Employees who are eligible to have Sevexance contributed to a PEHP admiiustered by the City under number one (1) above, shall also have all their accrued but unused vacation contributed to the PfiHP as well. 3. � Vacation contributions listed in number two (2) above shall be made at the same tune contributions aze made for severance in number one (1) above.
