Wf�REAS, The City of Saint Paul has no financial claim to such
insurance proceeds; now, therefore , be it
RESOLVED, That the proper City officials are hereby authorized
to endorse such check and forward such check to the Port Authority
for distribution between McMillan Manufacturing Compan.y and the
Port Authority in accordance with their respective interests.
