PRELIMII�TARY ORDER.
Theundereignedhereby propoeeethemalcingof thefollowingpubliaimprovement by the City of 8aint Psul�vis.:
- Open, widen and extend MYSTIC ST. creating a cul-de-sac for street purposes So. of Totem
i Rd, by condemning and taking that part of Lots 37 and 3$, Blk. 7 � Lots 6 and 7, Blk. 8,
all in Burlington Heights Div. # 2, Ramsey Co. , Minnesota, lying within the arc of a
' circle having a 45' radius, the center of said circle lying on the centerline of MYSTIC
i ST, and 670' south of the centerline of Totem Rd.
ALSO, condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary for the slopes, cuts
and filis, including right of removal of lateral support from subject land or remainder
thereof occasioned by excavations thereof or construction of slopes in the grading and
surfacing of MYSTIC ST, from proposed cul-de-sac 670' So. of Totem Rd. to Totem Rd. (G-1916).

3. To furnish a plan, proSle or eketch of eaid improvement. �
4. To etate whether or not eaid improvennent ie asked for on P,he petition of three�r more ownere.
b. To report upon all of 4,he foregoing mattere to the �mmiesioner of F'inanoe.
