In the Matter of 3mproving p'ROSPERITY ROAD from East Idaho Avenue to Larpenteur
Aven�e (City Project �-48SB) as follows: Widen, grade, pave and curb; construct
street and driveway returns; construct sidewalk on both sides eaccept for the existiag
sidewalk on a portion of the west side; construct storm w�ter drain�ge facilities;
construct sewer, wat�r and gas service connections; and do all other work xhich is
n�cessary and incidental to complete said improvement,
under Preliminary Order 242515 approv� March 11. 1969 ,
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to improve P'Rt�P'ERITY ROAD from Eas t Idaho Avenue to ��'p�nteur Avenue (Ci ty Pro ject
p-485�) as follcyas: Widen, arade, pave and curb; eonstruct street and driveway
ret�rns; construct sidewalk on both sides except for the exiating sidewalk on a
portion of the west side; construct storn� �rater drainage facilities; conatruct
sewer, water and gas service connections; and do a11 other �o�k Nhi�h �s :neces�:ary
and incidental to complete said improvement, ;_ .
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 34�600.00
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 9�h day of
Se�tember, 1969 , at the hour of 10 o'c�lock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hail Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, sta,ting the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost'thereof as-estimated.
