iIHEREAS, The Gouacil of the City of Saint Paul is inforn�d by the
Commissioner of Public Safety that a nuisance exists on the property
located at 4s7 Desnoyer in the City of Saint Paul, for which the owner
of record is I�+s. Genevieve Olson, 2719 N. Ja�ees Avenue, Mpls, Minn. ,
which nuisance constitutes a hazard to the public health, welfare and
safety; and
WHEREAS, Such nu��ance more particularly consists of an aecumulation
of building blocks, bricks, weeds, grass and thistles, which harbors
rodents, vermin, and other noxious animals and things; and
WHEREAS, Pu�suant to Section 374 of the Charter ef the City of
Sa3.t�t Paul, and Section 265.52 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code
24 hours' notice has been given to the owner, xcupaat, or agent of
such property demandin� that such nuisance be rewoved; now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, That upon the recom�nendation of the Commiasioner of
Public Safety the Com�nis�ioner of Public Works is hereby directed to
summarily and forthWith remove the said nuisance, the cost of such
removal to be charged against Fhnd No. 0979; and be it
FURTI�R RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Safetq is
directed to ascertain the cost of such removal and to forwarci the same
to the Couuty Auditcr on or before October 1 of the year in which
ascertained, for collection in the same manner as t�ees agaiASt said
property.
