WHFBEAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides f or
payment f or overtime work, and
WRER�A�, the Commi.ssioner of Public IItilities has
suthorized overtime work in the Water Department during the
period fr� July 26, 1969 to Angust 8, 1969; therefore be it
R$SOLV�, that the proper Citq officers are hereby suthor-
ized to pay the employees who performed such wertime work in
accordance with the pravisions of Qrdinance No. 6446 and No.
3250.
