WHEREAS, the City entered into an agreement with Fred
C. 0'Neil, on the first day of July, 1g64, whereby said Fred
C. 0'Neil leased the privilege of operating the concessions
at the Municipal Auditorium in Saint Paul for a period of five
years beginning July 1, 1964, and said lease agreement expired
July 1, 1g69; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of both parties to continue
said lease agreement in effect for an additional year, to
expire the first day of July, 1g6g, now, therefore , be it
RESOLVED� by the Council of the City of Saint Paul,
that said lease shall continue in effect until July 1, 1970.
