Dear Sir:
This is written in reference to the application of Aero Systems Engineering
Company for a 38-car customer-employee parking lot located on the southeast corner
of the intersection of Lafayette and Fillmore Avenues, described as the North 230' ,
Block B-2, Riverview Industrial Park.
This matter was considered at the Board of Zoning meeting on July 3, 1969.
The staff reported that the parking area meets design standards, the Port Authority
requires off-street parking facilities and the Traffic Engineer had approved the
parking lot plans and had resolved some problems regarding the truck-loading
facilities on the site.
Therefore, a move for approval was seconded and the Board of Zoning voted
unanimously to recommend approval of this application.
