This matter was considered at the Board of Zoning meeting on July 3, 1969. The staff reported that the parking area meets design standards, the Port Authority requires off-street parking facilities and the Traffic Engineer had approved the parking lot plans and had resolved some problems regarding the truck-loading facilities on the site.
