RESOLVED:
That the City Council hereby grant permission to the
Greater St. Paul United Fund to hold a parade in downtown St. Paul
on Thursday, September llth, at 11:30 a.m.
The route will be as follows: starting from the Capitol
Square Plaza (Osborn Building� down Fifth Street to Cedar, South on
Cedar to Kellogg Boulevard, and up Kellogg to the Mall across from
the Kellogg Street entrance to the Hilton Hotel. The Sibley High
School Band with 100 members, will participate.
