COMMISSIONE
WHEREAS, In connection with the Riverview Industrial Project,
Minnesota R-26, the Clty of St. Paul and the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority did enter into a Design Services Agreement dated Feb. 26,
1965 in which the Authority engaged the City to render certain technical
services in connection with said improvements and,
WHEREAS, The City is required to perform all necessary engineering
services and Maintenance services under this agreement, now therefore
be it,
RESOLVED, That the cost of these services be charged to the
Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund, Code 6000, and this same fund
be reimbursed fran the Housing and Redevelopment Authority.
