WHEREAS, In connection with� Central Core, Project No. A-1-5 and
Seven Corners, Project No. A-1-6, the City of St. Pawl and the Housing
and Redevelopment Authority did enter into a Transportation Engineering
Agreement•�'<dated May 21 , 1969 in which the Authority engaged the City
to render certain technical services in connection with preliminary
engineering for the transportation arrangements and rearrangements in
the Redevelopment Projects and,
WHEREAS, The City is required to perform or hire consultants to
perform the necessary engineering and related maintenance pianning and
coordinating services under this agreement, now therefore be it,
RESOLVED, That the estimated cost of these services in the amount
of $35,000.00 be charged to the Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund,
Code 6000 and this same fund be reimbursed from the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority.
