The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the sa,id report and the same is hereby approved `and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. 'That the nature of the improvement which the Council re�ommends is
to iaprove SS�H 3TitEE?, EASZ (City l�roject �o. g-429) fram Lafa�ette Hd. to 1Citt�og
St. by c�s*ractiag ag arna��atal lishtiag �yatem aad by doing all other w�rk �hich
is neceasary aad incidental to co�aplete said i�prov�mat.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated coat thereof is $ 9,580.00
Resolved Further, That a public heaxing be had on said improvement on the 28�h day of
Octo�er, 1969 , at the hour of 10 dclock A.M., in the Gouncil Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the maxiner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated,
