Regenold for a permit to install a 52-car parking lot to be used in conjunction with �,a proposed 42-unit apartment building on the southeast corner of West Idaho Avenue and Arundel Street. This property is further described as Lots 4 through 12, Block 7, Idaho Addition. This matter was considered at the August 21, 1969 Board of Zoning meeting. The staff reported that a similar permit was granted by Council on 6/14/69 but that the applicant is requesting a new permSt because soil conditions have required a change in site and p�rking plans. It was further noted that the new plans meet required design standards and have the approval of the Traffic Engineer.
