WHEREAS, Gerald E. Frisch has requested permission
to grade and surface with bitumin.ous material the alleys
in Block 2, Rice Street Villas; and
WHEREAS, The grading and surfacing of the alleys in
Block 2, Rice Street Villas, as soon as possible is a
matter of extreme urgency and necessity to said Gerald
E. Frisch; and
WHEREAS, An ordinance, C. F. No. 245'7'��
granting permission to said Gerald E. risch to proceed
with the grading and surfacing of said alleys has been
prepared and introduced to the Council of the City of
Saint Paul on. September 26, 1969, and has been read
before the Gity Coun.cil, with eventual adoption set to
occur on OCT 14 1969 _ _ _ � , �; now, therefore, be it�
RESOLVED, That in view of the extreme urgency of the
request, the Commissioner of Public Works is hereby
authorized and directed to issue a permit to Gerald E.
Frisch for the grading and surfacing of the alleys in
Block 2, Rice Street Villas, subject to the same conditions
an e uirements as set out in the ordinance, G. F. No.
, pending before the Council of the City of
Sain a'f�' , in.formal approval of said grading and surfacing
being hereby given in anticipation of the final adoption
of said ordinance.
