Be it FITRTHER RESOLVED, that these rates reflect a three percent increase over 2004 Sanitary Sewer Service Charge rates; and Be it F'CTRTHER RESOLVED, that a minimum Sanitary Sewer Service Chazge shall be levied and assessed to every groperty based upon water meter size.
