Morettini Construction Company, Contractor, the specified date of co�uple- tion is June 30, 1969, and WHffitEAS, The Contractox has prosecuted the work cliligently but due to circumstances beyond his control it was not possible to complete the contract by said date of completion, therefore be it RESOLVED, That the proper Citq Officials be and they are hereby author- ized and directed to ex�cute an amend�ent to said contract extending the time � � to cowpletion to August 30, 1969, provided hoWever, that this resolution shall have no force or effect unless the sureties on the Contractor's bond consent thereto and file such consent in writing with the City Comptroller, and be it FURTHTR RESOLVED, That the City of S�int Faul hereby waives all clai�s for liquidated damages and that no engineering and inspeceion costs on this project will be charged to the Contractor for such extended p�riod.
