" It is further agreed by and between the parties hereto that this amendatory agreement shall take ef�ect immediately and that the first annual rental shall be paid by the City during the year of 1969, and continue to be paid thereafter until the agreement shall be further ' amended or terminated in the manner therein provided. It is further mutually agreed by an.d between the parties hereto that all the terms and conditions of that certain agreement referred to above shall continue in full force and effect , except as modified by this amendatory agreement.
