RESOLVED:
That the City Council hereby grant permission to the
University of Minnesota to hold its annual Pep Fest Rally for
the coming Golden Gophers football season, on Sept. 25, 1969.
The 240 member band will leave Smith Park at 11:30 a.m.
marching in the street west on Sixth Street to Cedar, south on
Cedar to Fifth, east on Fifth to Minnesota, and south on Mt6nnesota
to the Minnesota Federal Plaza at the corner of Minnesota and
Fourth.
