directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to� the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the prap�er city afficials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in aecordance therewith.

?he Commissioner of Pubiic Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File No. 245120 approved
Aug. 5th. 19 69 relative to constructing new sidewalk on the east
side of Chamber St. from E. Hoyt Ave. to E. Idaho Ave. and by doing all other work
which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement. .
