of Ordinance No. 6446 of the Salary Formula, a review of the contract
of the Plumber3s Union Local No. 34, effective September 15, 1969,

Gentlemen:
In accordance with the provisions of Section VII of Ordinance
No. 6�+1+6 the "Salary Formula--in the Ungra,d.ed Division", we have
reviewed and surveyed the contracts of the Twin City Carpenter's
District Council, effective October l, 1969, the Electrician's Local
I3o. 110, effective October 4, 1969, the Pai.nter's Union Local No. 61,
effective October l, 1g69, the Plumber's Union Local No. 3�+, effective
September 15, 1969, the Roofer's Union Local No. 96, effective October l,
1969, and the St. Paul Plasterex`s I,ocal No. 20, effective May l, 1�9,
pertaining to classes in Group A and Group C in Section II of Ord.inance
No. 64�+6, and herewith report our findin�s. The followin� is a list of

In accorda.nee with Ordinance No. 6�+�+6, these findings axe submitted to
the City Council and a copy has alsa been filed for public record with the
City Clerk. The ordinance f'urther provides that thereaPter the Counc�.l shall
set a public hearing for the purpose of review3.ng existent wage rates, which
hearing shall be not less than ten days nor more than twenty days after such
public notice as the Council may deem necessaxy. After sueh hearing the Council
shall, by resolution, determine appropriate hourly ra�es for the indics.ted
positions. Upon receipt of the Council's determination, this Bureau will
prepaxe the proper resolution for �he Council's consideration.
