WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of Section VII B
of Ordinance No. 6446 of the Salary Formula, a review of the contract
of the Cement Masons Local No. 560, effective May 12, 1g69, indicates
the following hourly rate for the following class of position in Group A:

Cement Finisher $5. 06
Now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the hourly rate payable to the class listed
above in Group A of Section II of Ordinance No. 6446 is hereby increased
from the hourly rate currently in effect to the hourly rate indicated above
and in accordance with Section VII B of Ordinance No. 6446; and that such
higher�rate sha.11 become effective as of September 2U, 1969.

Gentlemen:
In accordance wi.th the provisions of Section VII of Ordinance �64�+6,
the "Salaxy Formula--Ungraded Aivision", we have revie�wed and surveyed the
contract of the Cement Ma.sons Local No. 560, effective Ma,y 12, 1969,
pertaining to the class of Ce�nent Finisher in Group A in Seetion II of
Ordi.nanee �6446, and herewith report our findings. The follawing is the
class for which we find an indicated change in rate:

In accordanee with Ordinance �{b�+�+6, these findin�s are submitted to
the City Council and a copy has also been filed for publie record with
the City Clerk.. The ordinance flirther provides tha.t thereafter the Cauncil
sha.11 set a public heaxing for the purpose of reviewin� existent wa�e
rates, which hearing shall be not 2ess than ten days nor more than twenty
days after such pubZic notice as the Council may deem necessaxy. After such
hearin� the Council sha.11, by resolution, determine the appropriate hourly
rate for the indicated position. Upon receipt of the Council's determination
this Bureau will prepaxe the proper resolution for the Council's consideration.
