WHEREAS, the St. Paul City Charter section 200 establishes charter
fund 21 for the City's share of City Hall and Court House operation and
maintenance expenses, and
WHEREAS, the St. Paul City Charter section 465 sets forth Section 1,
Chapter 64, Special Laws of the State of Minnesota for 1889 which establishes
a joint City and County committee and joint financing for the operation of the
City Hall and Court House, and
�°' WHEREAS, the City of St. Paul is disbursing, receipting and accounting
for the City Hall and Court House operations, and

W Q WHEREAS� the County of Ramsey is reimbursing the City for its one-half

� V WHEREAS, accounting could be facilitated through a special revenue fund,

� RESOLVED, that a special revenue fund known as City Hall and Court House
is hereby created, and be it further
RESOLVED, that the City Comptroller shall designate the fund account
number and necessary activity account numbers.
