F-358B1 for Grading and Paving WARNBR ROAD from the Reserve Street Bridge to
T.H. #61, Tower Asphalt, Inc., Contractor, the specified date of completion is
July 15, 1969, as per Council File �241166 dated December 3, 1968, and
WHERSAS, The Contractor did not co�plete the w�ork within the time speci-
fied by the cantract, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the proper City Officials be and they are hereby author-
ized and directed to execute an amend�ent to said contract extending the tiffie
of completion to July 1, 1970, provided hoWever, that this resolution shall
have no force or effect unless the sureties on the Contractor's bond consent
�� thereto and file such consent in writing with the Citq Conptroller, and be it
r ,
FURTHER RESOLVBD, That the City of St. Yaul does not waive any claim for
liquidated da�ages and that engineering and inspection costs on this project
may be charffied to the Contractor for such extended period.
