in full settlement of his claim against the City of Saint Paul
for compensation resulting from his injury of January 9 , 1969 ,
while employed by the Department of Public Works , whereby he
suffered a 75% permanent partial disability to his thumb ; and
that $2 ,925 .00 is now due and payable.
