mattera required to be published uAder (�artex or bq resolutioas or ordi�nanees of the
Couacil including resolutions and proceedings of the Independent School District No. 625,
or abstracts thereof in a legal dailq newspaper, prinfied in the Eaglish Laaguage, at a
price of $1.80 per folio �or the firat insertion, L.20 per folio for each and every
aubsequent insertion of the same matter, and $.60 p�r folio extra for tabular matter; ale�o
to print and bind in book foran 50 copies of the Proceedings of the Gity Council for 1970
with index to be prepared by the contractor, being 1300 pages, mc�re or less, at a price
of $6.75 per printed page; also, to print and bind 50 copies of the proceedings of
Independent School District No. 62S for 1970, with index to be prepared by contractor, to
be paper bound, at a price of $6.75 per printed page, all in accordance with Formal Bid
#389b snl�aitted pursuant to advertisement ther�for, said suons to be paid out of the
OfEicial Publication Fund, except that publicatioas of Independent School District No. 625
sha11 be paid out of the funds of said Distriet; b� it

the official paper of the City of Saint Paul for the qear beginning January 1, 1970, and
until its successor sha11 hav� been de�fgnated, in which al! publications for the qear 1970
shall be made; be it
FURTABR RBSOLVBD, That the Corporation Counsel be and is h�reby authoriz�d and
dire¢ted to draft the proper contract therefor�and the proper City officers axe herebq
suthori�ed aad directed to execute said contract.
