The asaessment cYf benefits, costs aa� ezpeases for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitte�d ta the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said asseasment satiafactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the sa.id assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That � public hearing be had on said asaeasment on the ��
day of Ja�uary, 1970 , , at th� hour of 10 o'cicek A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Ha.11 Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commiasioner of F`inance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in sa.id notice the time and place of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount asaessed against the lot or lots of the particular
owner to wham the notice is directed. ,�
