personnel as he may deem nec�ssary from budc�atary funds provided for such

pur��oses aRd be it resolved that this exaenditure is in the best interests of
the City of St. Paut as this organization provides the facility for the
exchange of purchasing information and techmiques relative to governmental
purchasing. The City Comptrolter is herei�y directed to make such payments
on the request of the City Purchasing Agent.
