1 RESOLVED, that upon execurion and delivery of a release in full to the City of St. Paul, the proper City
2 officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-424 to Robert
3 Kearney and his attorneys Flynn, Gaskins & Bennett, L.L.P., the sum of $270,000 in full settlement of his
4 claim for damages as more fully set forth in the Suitunons and Complaint filed with the City Clerk on June 13,
5 2003.
