the Southerly line of North Park Drive as platted in Bisanz Brothers Battte Creek ' -

under Preliminary Order 241841 approved ,�anuarv 22, 1969
The Council of the Ci�y of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceec�ed with
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to open, widen and extend NORTH PARR DRIVE from Ruth 5treet to the west line of the
East 1/2 of the Northwest l/4 of Section 2, Tcyamship 28, Range 22, to a �idth af
60 feet by condemning"artd-taking for street p�trpoaes the lands c�escribed_as fallcyws;
A strip of land 30 fe�t in width in the East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 2, ,
Tawnship 28, Range 22, froon Huth 3treet to the west line of the East 1/2 of Che
Northwest 1/4 of said Section 2, lying southaxly and sdjacent to the Southeriq 1i�n
of North Park Drive as platted in Bisaaz Brothers Battle Creek' Terrace No. 2,
with no �lternatives, and that the estimated' coat �khereof is $ 25.00
Resolved Further, That a public heaxing be had'on said improvement on the_��+t� day of
October, 1969 _�, at the hour of 10 o'c�lock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Pa.ul. That the Cammissioner of Finanee give notice of
sa,id meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improve�ent and the total cost thereof as estimated.
