MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
This Memorandum of Agreement (hereinafter "MOA") is made and entered into by and between
the City of Saint Paul (hereinafter "Cit�') and the United Association of Pipefitters Local Union
Number 455 (hereinafter "Union") to modify the application of Civil Service Rules for positions
represented by the Union.
The City and Union agree that:
1) Civil Service Rule 8(Filling Vacancies) and 14 (Promotionai Requirements) shall
be suspended for a period of six months effective with the signing of this MOA by
the Union.
2) This MOA sets no precedent.
