WHEREAS, the Mayor' s Council on Youth Opportunity has been ,
duly established; and
WHEREAS, certain funds have been plac�iin Comptroller' s Fund
No. 3045; and '
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Mayor of the City of Saint
Paul to have the administrative function of the Mayor' s Council
on Youth Opportu.nity delegated to the Saint Paul Human and Civil
Rights Department; and
WHEREAS, certain expenditures shall be forthcoming from said
Comptroller' s Fund No. 3045; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Director of the Saint Paul Human and Civil
Rights Department is hereby authorized and directed to approve
expenditures from said Fund.
