RESOLVED, That the Council her� cbncurs in the action of the Purchasing Committee

therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering Uniforms and for
Laundry Services for the Uniforms for various employees of the City of St. Paul
Water Department for period of two years from November 14,1969 to GROSS INDUSTRIAL
TOWEL d. GARMENT SERVICE in accordance with City specifications and the Formal Bid
��3744 of said Gross Industrial Towel &. Garment Service for the contract price of
approximately $17,433.64, at unit prices bid, according to requirements, such bid
being the lowest and said Gross Industrial Towel d. Garment Service being a reason-
able and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed
to draw up the proper form of contract therefor and the proper City officials here-
by are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
