WHEREAS, Urdinance �lo. 3250 authorizes and provides
for payme�t for overtime work, and
WNEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Works has
authorized overtime work in his department during the
period from Sept. 5 to Sept 19, 19b9: therefore be it
RESOLVE�, that the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to pay the employees who perforaaed such overtime
work in accordance Nith the provisions of Ordinances
No 6446 and No. 3250•
