WHEREAS, The Council of the City of Saint Paul
directed the Commissioner of Public Utilities to perform
work necessary for constructing ornamental lighting
system on Warner Roa�. from Reserve Street Bridge to T. H.
61 by its resolution, C. F. No. 239793, approved August 9,
1968; and
WHEREAS, The Commissioner of Public Utilities
deems it necessary to make certain necessary additions
because of lighting standard spacing; now, therefore, be
it
RESOLVED, That resolution, C. F. No. 239793,
approved August 9, 1968, is hereby amended so as to
direct the Commissioner of Public Utilities to do the
additional work by City forces and to add one lighting
standard and additional circuitry at an additional cost
of One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars (�1 , 200.00) , said additional
� work to be financed from PIR Fund 6000-757, to be reimbursed
by CIB Fund 9568-460-005.
