that the proper City officers are hereby authorized and
directed to execute, on behalf of the City of Saint Paul,
Highway Lighting Maintenance Agreement between the State of
Minnesota, Department of Highways, and the City of Saint
Paul concerning the installation of lighting units on
Trunk Highway No. 94 at the White Bear Avenue Interchange
and at the Ruth Street Interchange, as more particularly
set forth in said agreemen.t.
