ER , The City of Saint Paul requested that
Indepen ent School District No. 625 transfer a portion
of the present Scheffer School site to the City for the
proposed widening of Marion Street; an.d
WHEREAS, Said Independent School District has
consented to said transfer for the sum of Six Hundred
Dollars (�600.00) , and the City Council Committee on
Lands recommended that the Council accept such transfer
and pay the said sum of Six Hundred Dollars (�600.00) ;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Couneil of the City of Saint
Paul does hereby concur in the recommendation of the
Gommittee on Lands and does hereby authorize acceptance
of quit claim deed executed on behalf of Independent
5chool District No. 625 of Min.nesota conveying the
following described real property to the City of Saint
Paul for the purposes of widening Marion Street:
Those parts of Lots ten (10) ,
eleven (11) , and twelve (12) ,�e
Block thirty (30) , Dawson' s
Third Addition to the City of
St. Paul, Minn. , lying northwesterly
of a line described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of
the East line of Marion Street and

thence fifty-eight and five-tenths

East line of Marion Street; thence
bearing right along a circular arc,
tangent to the East line of Marion
Street ,at the last mentioned point,

FURTHER RESOLVED, That upon recording of the said
quit claim deed in the proper office of recordation, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed
to pay the sum of Six Hundred Dollars (�600.00) to the said
school district , such payment to be charged to PIR Fund No.
6000, to be reimbursed by MSA Project Fund No. 64-160-05.
